Overview
Every time you quote the post when responding to tickets in Kayako Classic, you will see a "Quote on" date on ticket replies. You may wonder if the "Quote on" line can be removed.
Information
The "Quote on" line is in the code and it's not something you can manipulate from the UI nor it is available from the templates. If you wish to remove this line from ticket replies, you need to make changes to the code.
For Kayako Classic Download, you would require your admin and developer's assistance to edit the code.
- From your local installation, navigate to
__apps\tickets\models\Ticket\class.SWIFT_TicketPost.php. - The line of code you would be looking for is highlighted in the screenshot below:
