This article provides the process to change the default text and background colors for:

  • Ticket statuses
  • Ticket priorities

Process

Type Attribute Process
Ticket Statuses Text Color Admin CP > Tickets > Statuses > "Select Status" > General Tab > Status Color.
Background Color Admin CP > Tickets > Statuses > "Select Status" > General tab > Status Background Color.
Ticket Priorities Text Color Admin CP > Tickets > Priorities > "Select Priority" > General Tab > Foreground Listing Color.
Background Color Admin CP > Tickets > Priorities > "Select Priority" > General tab > Background Listing Color.
