Root Cause

This suggests that you have enabled the LoginShare for users and something is wrong either with the user account in the third-party database or the LoginShare script. This article provides a resolution for this error.

Resolution

Follow the steps given below:

1. Check if the issue is with the specific user account or if no user is able to log in the help center.
2. Verify the LoginShare settings in your Kayako under Admin CP > Users > LoginShare.
3. Set all the required fields in the LoginShare settings properly.
