Help desk allows the administrator to set up different time zones according to the requirements, to specify correct Date and Time within different processes.
An administrator can set the date and time format and values by following the below steps:
Navigate to Admin CP > Settings > Date and Time.
“Enable Automatic Daylight Savings” can be enabled/disabled according to the time.
The same time will be reflected in the tickets, chats, and reports, etc.
Additionally, staff members can select their time zone depending on their requirements from Staff CP > Preferences > Time Zone.
