Nothing changes for our Kayako OnDemand customers. We'll continue to support your current Kayako product, and we'll continue to upgrade you to the new Kayako when you’re ready. |
| Kayako Classic Download subscription customers (signed up July 2014 onwards) |
We will continue to support and develop Kayako Download with new capabilities and updates and you have the option of upgrading to the new Kayako at a time that suits you. |
| Kayako Classic Download customers on legacy perpetual licenses (signed up before July 2014) |
If you are a Kayako Download perpetual license customer with a legacy perpetual license plans and would like to upgrade or download the latest releases, you will first need to renew your license. |
