Kayako 4.72 is now available, bringing with it all of the latest fixes and improvements (50 of them).
The release includes the following highlights:
- Customers have the ability to 'CC' other recipients when creating tickets from the support center.
- Improvements to the new responsive, mobile-friendly support center.
- Significant speed and relevancy improvements to search in the staff area.
- The ability to quickly toggle all/no 'CC recipients' when replying to a ticket.
- Changes to improve auto-threading and conversation views in email services like Gmail.
