This article provides a step-by-step process on changing the staff or admin password.
If you have multiple Kayako admins, you can request the other Admin member to log in and change the password for you by doing the steps below:
- Choose Admin CP > Staff > Manage Staff.
- Select the staff member.
- Choose General > Add new password.
In case you are the only Kayako admin and you are on OnDemand subscription, contact us for the admin password reset. We would need your Order ID or Transaction ID as part of the authentication process.

However, if you remember your admin password and want to reset your Staff CP password, you can simply follow the steps mentioned above for both the Download and the OnDemand Subscriptions.
