This article provides information on what happens when recurring payments fail.
In total, three attempts will be made if your recurring payment fails. The payment might fail due to credit card issue, bank/credit card company dishonor, or lack of funds. Your Kayako instance will still be operational after the first payment rejection.
There will be three payment attempts on three consecutive days, and for the first failed attempt, you will receive an email in your registered email address. You can respond to the email, or contact us so that we can look into what is causing the problem.
If you think the issue could be with your credit card, you can change card details under the Billing Info tab in My Kayako. Please use a registered email address to log in to your account.
