This article provides the process for canceling the OnDemand Subscription.
Since there is no contract, you have the privilege to cancel the subscription anytime. If your license is set up for recurring billing, you will need to send the cancellation request 2 business days before the start of the next billing cycle.
While sending the request for license cancellation, please drop an email to Sales team consisting of the following details:
- Reason for license cancellation
- Order ID or Transaction ID of the license
- Any payment receipt of the purchase
- Registered billing address of the account
- Listing if you would need the back up of your database - applicable only in case of SaaS licenses
