Kayako 4.71 is now available, bringing with it a raft of awesome improvements and a responsive, mobile-friendly support center.
The update includes:
- Responsive, mobile-friendly support center (if you are reading this on support.kayako.com, you can resize your browser window to check it out).
- Significant email parsing improvements, including Microsoft Outlook email attachment (.msg, .eml) parsing in tickets.
- And most importantly: Emoji characters no longer get stripped out of staff responses.
Note: There are more than 30 fixes and small improvements in this release.
