Ticket search does not retrieve relevant tickets when using Advanced, Quick Search or Filters. This article provides a resolution to solve this issue.
Ticket search is used by the staff to search and find the tickets related to any subject, content or belonging to a particular user. To fix this, please perform the following steps:
- Re-index the tickets search from Admin CP > Tickets > Maintenance > Rebuild Search Index > Rebuild.
- Re-index the ticket properties form Admin CP > Tickets > Maintenance > Rebuil Properties > Rebuild.
- Rebuild helpdesk cache from Admin CP > Diagnostics > Rebuild Cache.
Note: CP stands for Control Panel.
