This article provides details about the accepted payment methods, currency requirements, and frequency.
We can accept payment by bank transfer for annual subscription payments (unfortunately, not monthly).
Note: At the moment PayPal is not a payment option available.
For renewals, the payment will be due 45 days before your subscription is due for renewal. We will send you a reminder/invoice for payment 60 days before the expiry of your account (15 days before the due date).
The amount sent by your bank should exactly match the amount requested by Kayako after any processing fees. Please make sure that your bank disburses the payment in US Dollars (when not specified, some banks may convert the currency when detecting payment is being sent to the United Kingdom).
Note: Please include your invoice or order ID number in your payment reference.
