This article describes the discounts offered by Kayako for academic institutions. It also provides information regarding which institutes are eligible for discounts and what services are excluded from the discount packages.

Information

We are happy to offer not-for-profit, academic organizations a 40% discount on all Kayako products and services.

Note: The discount offer does not include the Footer Link Removal service and an organization looking to purchase the service will have to buy the license at full price.

The academic institutions eligible for this offer include:

• Public or private primary, secondary, K-12, vocational, and correspondence schools.
• Public or private junior, sixth-form colleges, colleges, and universities.
• Boards, authority, and administrative organizations for academic institutions.
• Research institutions.

We will require proof of your not-for-profit and accredited status.
