The customer often enquires if they can extract the details about their agents’ chat login time, and chat logout time in Kayako chat.
They also want to know if there is a way to determine how much time each agent spent in the various chat statuses, like Break, Away, Busy, etc.
Extracting chat login and logout time or checking the time spent on chat in different statuses is not possible.
Though, it is possible to fetch the staff login and logout data from the database directly. The database table
swstaffloginlog contains the necessary information.
The logs in the table
swstaffloginlog are stored for the configured number of days. The storage duration can be configured by updating Admin Control Panel > Settings > Server settings and performance > Log retention time.
The Log retention time is the number of days after which logs will be deleted from the helpdesk.
