Following are the supported payment methods:
Electronic payments - You can update or make sure valid credit card details are updated in the
my.kayako.comportal, under the Billing Info tab and Kayako system, will then charge that credit card accordingly.
Signed Quotes - The Renewal team creates these customer quotes and you can use these quotes to make payments.
Bank Transfer / Wire payments - You can directly make payments to Kayako’s bank details. For the bank account information, refer to Paying by Bank Transfer and Money Wire.
