Following are the supported payment methods:

Electronic payments - You can update or make sure valid credit card details are updated in the
my.kayako.comportal, under the Billing Info tab and Kayako system, will then charge that credit card accordingly. -
Signed Quotes - The Renewal team creates these customer quotes and you can use these quotes to make payments.

Bank Transfer / Wire payments - You can directly make payments to Kayako’s bank details. For the bank account information, refer to Paying by Bank Transfer and Money Wire.
