Kayako Classic mobile app for iOS and Android lets your agents and managers stay connected to their Kayako helpdesk and lets them respond to customer tickets anywhere and anytime.
Kayako Classic has been built from the ground up for speed and usability with a vastly improved search function, ticket starring, offline caching, and etc.
To download the Kayako Classic mobile app:
Once installed, it will ask you to enter the helpdesk or instance URL (i.e., https://mydomain.kayako.com) and the staff username and password you use to sign in to Kayako.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Kayako Classic mobile requires a secure connection. Hence, your Kayako instance URL should be in HTTPS (i.e., https://mydomain.kayako.com). If your instance URL is in HTTP, check out the following information to know how to convert it to a secure one.
- For Kayako Classic OnDemand, you need to contact the Support team by clicking the Submit a ticket button at the top or bottom of this page and mention in your ticket that
HTTPS Forceful Redirection is needed for <add your instance URL>.The support agent will then send a request to the SaaS Ops team to convert your URL from HTTP to HTTPS.
- For Kayako Classic Download, your server admin would need to install the certificates for Kayako on your server and change your Kayako base URL to HTTPS. For more information, check out the
