Overview
The Kayako Classic 4.93.08 release contains fixes for six (6) issues. This article describes the problems that have been fixed in this version and provides their reference IDs.

- A defect was identified where the error "AutoExecute Query: INSERT swbayeswords" appears after upgrading from 4.92.04 to 4.93.01.

- Images in "Ticket History" are re-processed as attachments, getting re-imported and are cumulatively added into the image history causing duplicate copies of it.

- The recipient list does not show all recipients when you add multiple recipients in the” To” and “CC” fields. After sending the ticket update, clicking the drop-down button to show the details of the ticket update does not show all recipients added to the ticket.

- Appending multiple inline images larger than 150KB makes the TinyMCE take a huge amount of time to upload the images.

- A potential security vulnerability on the software through an SQL Injection in Ticket Custom Field was fixed in this release.
|
|
- Outgoing emails appear as blank as inline images are saved as a base64 blob, which Kayako is failing to decode on outgoing messages.
