If you are on a free trial account and want to request a license extension, these requests are subject to evaluation by our Sales team. This article provides information on what you need to do.
When you sign up for a free trial account, you are typically given fourteen (14) days to try the service. If for some reason you need an extension, you need to contact our Sales team by sending an email to Sales@kayako.com.
When contacting Sales, provide the following information:
- Your Kayako Classic instance name (i.e. https://brewfictus.kayako.com/).
- The specific reason why you are requesting an extension.
If you are already in contact with an Account Manager, you may also reach out to them directly.
