Overview
The recurrence feature allows you to set a recurrence date and time for this ticket and this ticket will be re-created with the same ticket properties at that set date and time. Once set, you can pause or modify it. If you want to completely remove it from the ticket, you may also stop the recurrence. This article provides the steps in removing or modifying the recurrence on a ticket.
Prerequisite
- Staff access with "update recurrence" permission.
Solution
From the ticket, you will find the Recurrence tab. Please note that this tab will be available only if recurrence was set to a ticket - meaning you won't see this tab on all tickets, only the once where recurrence was set in the beginning.
From the Recurrence tab, you can modify the recurrence of a ticket such as:
- Pause - if you want to stop the recurrence momentarily
- Stop - if you want to completely remove the recurrence from a ticket
Or, you may update the recurrence details (date, frequency, etc.) as per need. Don't forget to click Update if you modified the details to save your changes.
