You might notice an issue if you are using an older version of Kayako Classic where the system does not show any warning or alert when a mandatory customer field is left empty or blank when submitting a ticket.
This issue is a known bug in lower versions and the issue was fixed on Kayako Classic version 4.93.09.
If you are experiencing this issue and you are using a version that is older than Kayako Classic 4.93.09, you need to upgrade to the latest version.
