When you receive a file attachment on a ticket, the file needs to be downloaded first before you can view it. You might be wondering if you can configure Kayako Classic to automatically open file attachments instead of downloading them. This article provides the answer to this query.

As a workaround, you can configure some browsers to automatically open certain file types after downloading in a web browser. Or, you may force some files such as PDFs to automatically open in your browser instead of downloading them.
