When sending out recurrence emails from a ticket in your Kayako Classic instance, the email format is shown in plain text with HTML tags on it. (see sample email content below)
The expected behavior is that the received email should not have HTML tags shown in the mail body. This was a bug identified in version 4.93.00 and the issue was fixed in the Ticket Recurrence code of Kayako Classic version 4.93.10.
If you are experiencing this issue and you are using a version that is older than Kayako Classic 4.93.10, you need to upgrade to the latest version.
