This article provides information about the grace period for Kayako Classic licenses.
Your Kayako Classic License contains the information related to Kayako products being used, the client’s domain on which the helpdesk will be installed, the seat count, and the time period for which the license will remain active.
Since the license key is the most essential parameter of the product, and the product will not work if there is an issue with the license key (e.g., expired), you must ensure that you have a valid and active license at all times to be able to use the product and get support for it.
Your account is given a seven (7) days grace period after the license termination date. The license termination date is technically your renewal date. If you failed to renew the license within 7 days after this date, the license key will totally expire and the instance becomes inaccessible
