You might be having trouble logging in to Kayako Live Chat channel through the desktop app due to an 'Invalid username or password' error.
Your Kayako Live Chat credentials (username and password) is the same as your staff user account credentials.
If you are having trouble with the 'Invalid username or password' error, you need to confirm your credentials or reset the password for the staff user account. Your Kayako Classic administrator can reset the password through the admin control panel.
