Users might report an issue where every time they use or insert the symbols greater than ">" and less than "<" in tickets or emails, the content that is written between the symbols "<" and ">" are truncated or lost.
This was a bug identified in versions lower than 4.93.01. The issue was fixed in version 4.93.01 (KAYAKOC-6655) and newer versions going forward where it allows the mathematical symbols greater than ">" and less than "<" in ticket contents.
If you are experiencing this issue and you are using a version older than Kayako Classic 4.93.01, you need to upgrade your instance to the latest version.
