Overview
You may wonder what the yellow exclamation mark that you see next to the ticket type from the Staff Control Panel means.
Information
The yellow exclamation mark is actually the assigned icon for a certain ticket type (depending on what was set in the admin panel). This icon though is typically the assigned default icon for the "Issue" ticket type.
Check out the following default icons with their associated ticket types which you might also see in Kayako:
If you wish to remove or change the icons, navigate to Admin Control Panel > Tickets > Types > select the ticket type (e.g., Issue) > General Tab > Icon.
- You can delete the file or remove the URL from the "Enter URL" field to remove the icon.
- Or, you can upload a file or enter the helpdesk image directory using
{$themepath}
to change the icon.
To find the location of the helpdesk images directory for icons, right-click on one of the icons and click "Copy image address".
NOTE: Typically, the icons would be saved in the following file path: __swift/themes/__cp/images
