You might ask why your subscription is billed monthly when you have signed an annual contract which is renewed every year.
Please be informed that the contract term (e.g., annual) is different from your billing frequency which can be monthly or annually.
- Annual payment - you may agree to an annual billing frequency where you will receive one (1) invoice covering one (1) year period. This means you are essentially paid in advance for the next twelve (12) months.
- Monthly payment - a monthly rolling invoice (at the beginning of every month) is generated for customers paying on a monthly basis. On monthly basis, there are a total of twelve (12) invoices which are equivalent to one (1) year signed contract.
Hence, you can be on an annual contract term which means we are obliged to provide you the service for one (1) year, but gets a monthly invoice and pays your subscription on a month-to-month basis.
