Overview
A user is having issues with the swipe to delete option for tickets when using the Kayako Classic iOS app. For instance, the sliding/swiping to the left is not deleting the ticket or the swiping is behaving differently.
Solution
This issue with the swipe to delete not working was present in an earlier version of the app and was fixed as part of the 3.5.5 release. To resolve this issue, visit Kayako Classic in the App Store and download the latest version.
Additionally, note that swiping a ticket to the left would only show the trash can icon for a split second, and will automatically delete the ticket after a short delay which is the expected behavior.
