You would like to know the release notes for a certain product version, but you cannot find the release notes on the Kayako Classic Support website. The information you need is also not present in our article on Kayako Classic Release Notes & Known Issues.
If you wish to know the release notes for a certain version and they are not available on our site, please open a Support ticket specifying the exact version for which you would like to know the changes implemented, and our agents will provide you with the required information.
The release notes for each of the Kayako Classic releases can be found on Jira, in an issue with the name of the particular product version. Assuming you can access the KAYAKOC project, as explained in the Kayako Classic Access Guide, the process is as follows:
- Log into the KAYAKOC Jira project. Please note that the old KAYAKOC Jira project contains the details for older versions.
- Search for the version number for which the customer is asking information. The following is an example for version 4.94.1:
- On this page, verify that the version has indeed been released, and follow each of the links in the Release Scope section to gather any required information.
- Share the relevant information with the customer. You may use a format similar to any of the existing Kayako Classic Release Notes.
