Your Kayako Classic On-Demand instance with a Kayako Classic subdomain (ie. companyname.kayako.com) is loading pages with your company logo missing and the stylesheet is not applied. For example, the login page below is not displaying the company logo and the stylesheet is not being applied like shown below:
This issue can only be resolved by the Kayako Classic Infrastructure team, please open a Kayako Classic Support Ticket with details of your issue and include a screenshot of your Kayako Classic instance loading pages with missing logos and the stylesheet not applied.
For Support Agents Only:
- Open a Kayako Classic Enable HTTPS Forceful Redirection Central SaaSOps Product Requests Fulfilment ticket.
- Once the HTTPS Forceful Redirection has been enabled on the customer's account, please verify that the customer's instance is loading correctly on HTTP and HTTPS.
- If the customer's Kayako Classic instance is now loading correctly.
