A user might need to log in to their my.kayako.com account in order to update their subscription, payment information, or to download the latest version, but is unable to access the account.
If you forgot the password for the account, follow the instructions in Resetting MyKayako Password.
On the other hand, if you no longer have access to the registered email address of the account, you may Contact Support and request to change the email address on file. To make sure we are processing requests from authorized account holders only, please include the following information in your email:
- Copy of previously paid invoice.
- Billing email address and mailing address registered on the account.
Once resolved, one will be able to log in to my.kayako.com without any issues.
