A user is ending their Kayako Classic OnDemand subscription and would like to request a redirect from their Kayako URL (e.g. myhelpdesk.kayako.com) to their new Helpdesk URL.
It is not possible to set up a redirect from the Kayako URL to the new helpdesk once the subscription is over.
Note that following the subscription expiration, the instance will be decommissioned, and the URL will no longer be in use. As the URL will be deactivated and unnacessible, it is no longer possible to add a redirection or make any other changes to it.
