Overview
After requesting a full database backup with attachments from your Kayako Classic On-Demand instance, you received a Database Backup file and an Attachment Backup file. You have restored the Database Backup file to your Kayako Classic Download instance's database but do not know how to restore the Attachment Backup file you received.
Solution
To restore the Attachment Backup file you received to your Kayako Classic Download instance, you will need to extract the contents of the Attachments Backup file to the __swift/files
directory in your Kayako Classic Download installation.
The files extracted from the Attachment Backup file will not have an extension and will have filenames with random characters. The file names are hashes of the file and location and should be not be modified, since your Kayako Classic instance will know which hashed file to provide when you download an attachment in the Kayako Classic.
