One might be wondering about the type of personal information from users that is stored and processed in their Kayako Classic instance. This question might arise when reviewing data privacy policies such as GDPR.
Information
Kayako Classic stores various pieces of user information that would be counted as PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data including, but not limited to:

Email Address

Twitter Handle

Facebook ID

IP Address

Phone Number
Note: If you use custom fields within Kayako Classic, it is also possible that those could be considered as PII data if they can uniquely identify an individual.
