Overview
You have received a database dump for your OnDemand instance and when trying to restore/import the database you encounter the following error. "MySQL 1064 Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax '...' in line 1"
Solution
Receiving this error as soon as the import process starts suggests the SQL dump might be corrupted, and you would need to Request a Database Backup of Your Kayako Classic OnDemand Instance again in order to receive a new backup from our support team.
Testing
Once the new backup is received, one should be able to restore it without any errors.
