Overview
The system is unable to split a ticket in Fusion v4.93.20
When clicking Save button, it is returning the following error message:
Uncaught exception
Invalid data provided in ./__apps/tickets/models/Ticket/SWIFT_TicketCrudTrait.php:127
Solution
To resolve this issue, edit the ticket and enter a name for the Creator's name and you will be able to split the ticket, like shown below:
