Follow the instructions provided below to rebuild the help desk cache manually:

1. Copy the URL http://yourdomain.com/helpdesk-installation-directory/staff/index.php?/Core/Default/RebuildCache to an internet browser.
2. Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.
3. Replace helpdesk-installation-directory with the actual help desk installation directory on your servers.
4. Press the Enter key.
